1. Booking and Pricing
- Rates are expressed in Euros (€) and include continental breakfast (except for the Studios).
- A booking is only confirmed after the validation of the deposit or the full payment of the stay via our secure platform.
2. Access Conditions and House Rules (Critical)
Hakanto House is a “House of Aesthetics” with strict guest policies:
- Age: The establishment is reserved for adults. Children under 12 years of age are not accepted.
- Capacity: Maximum of 2 adults per room. Extra beds and cribs are not permitted.
- Accessibility: The building’s architecture is not adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
- Pets: Pets are not allowed within the hotel.
- Smoking: Rooms are non-smoking (except for private terraces specifically indicated for the Studios).
3. Cancellation and Modification
- Any request for modification or cancellation must be sent to reservation@hakantohouse.com.

4. Check-in and Check-out

6. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the courts of Antananarivo shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
